Driving Directions:

From the North:  Take Route 59 South, continue Southbound to 820 Route 59. The Central DuPage Hospital Physician Offices & Convenient Care Center at Bartlett Commons are on the West side of Route 59 approximately 2.5 miles South of Lake Street (Route 20), at the far North end of Bartlett Commons' parking lot.

From the South:   Take Route 59 North, continue Northbound to Stearns Road .   Stearns Road is approximately 4 miles North of North Avenue (Route 64).   At Stearns Road and Route 59 stoplight, turn Left (West) onto Stearns Road , get in Right lane and turn Right into the 2nd driveway.  Drive past all storefronts, proceeding to the far North end of Bartlett Commons' parking lot to the Central DuPage Hospital Physician Offices & Convenient Care Center.

From the East:  If North, take either Lake Street (Route 20), Irving Park Road (Route 19), Golf Road (Route 58), or  I90 ( Northwest Tollway toward Rockford ) Westbound to Route 59.  Turn Left (South) onto Route 59.  Continue Southbound to 820 Route 59.  The Central DuPage Hospital Physician Offices & Convenient Care Center at Bartlett Commons are on the West side of Route 59 approximately 2.5 miles South of Lake Street (Route 20), at the far North end of Bartlett Commons' parking lot.

                           If South, take either North Avenue (Route 64), Roosevelt Road (Route 38), Butterfield Road (Route 56), or I88 ( East-West Tollway ) Westbound to Route 59.  Turn Right (North) onto Route 59.   Continue Northbound on Route 59 to Stearns Road .  Stearns Road is approximately 4 miles North of North Avenue (Route 64).  At Stearns Road and Route 59 stoplight, turn Left (West) onto Stearns Road , get in Right lane and turn Right into the 2nd driveway.  Drive past all storefronts, proceeding to the far North end of Bartlett Commons' parking lot to the Central DuPage Hospital Physician Offices & Convenient Care Center.

From the West:   If North, take either Lake Street (Route 20) or  I90 ( Northwest Tollway toward Chicago ) Eastbound to Route 59.  Turn Right (South) onto Route 59.  Continue Southbound on Route 59 to 820 Route 59.  The Central DuPage Hospital Physician Offices & Convenient Care Center at Bartlett Commons are on the West side of Route 59 approximately 2.5 miles South of Lake Street (Route 20), at the far North end of Bartlett Commons' parking lot.
